Own Every Order. Keep Every Customer. Stop paying a marketplace’s cut.

Set it up yourself in your own time, and stop and come back whenever you like. Nothing to install, nothing to pay today. Would rather talk to somebody first? Book a visit and a rep comes to you.

Questions

The ones restaurant owners actually ask, answered without dodging.

Do you charge commission?

Yes, 14%. We are not going to pretend we are free, because you would find out on your first settlement and stop believing anything else on this page. Put the rate your marketplace charges you into the calculator above and it shows the difference on your own orders, plus you keep the customer.

What happens to my customer data?

It is yours. Names, numbers, what they ordered and how often, all in your own dashboard, exportable whenever you want. This is the whole argument: on a marketplace the customer belongs to them, so when they raise their commission you have no list to fall back on.

Can I use this if I am already on Chowdeck or Glovo?

Yes, and most restaurants do at first. Keep taking their orders while you build your own channel. Nothing here asks you to leave anybody, and nobody has to know.

Do I need a website?

No. We build you one, on your own address, with your menu, your hours and an order button. It is live the day the rep visits.

Do I need a POS?

No. Orders arrive on WhatsApp and in your dashboard. If you already have a POS, keep it.

What about riders?

Ours, or yours if you already have them. Delivery is charged to the customer and paid to the rider, exactly as it works on the marketplaces. It is ₦1,200 plus ₦200 a kilometre, never less than ₦1,300, up to 6km away. We take nothing from it.

What if an order goes wrong?

If the food never arrives or is wrong, the customer is refunded in full and the refund comes off that period’s settlement, with the reason recorded against the order. If it is our rider’s fault, the delivery fee is ours to lose, not yours. You will never be charged commission on an order that was refunded.

How do I get paid?

Daily, into your own bank account, through a licensed payment company. Customers pay into an account tied to their order, so every naira is traceable to the order it came from. Money never sits with us.

How long does setting up take?

About fifteen minutes, in your restaurant, with a rep doing the work. They photograph your menu, set up your ordering number, check your bank details and put the codes on your tables. You check the prices before anything goes live.

What if my customers do not use WhatsApp?

In Lagos they do. But orders also come through your own website and the QR codes on your tables, and a customer can always just ring you. WhatsApp is the easiest door, not the only one.

Am I locked in?

No contract and no notice period. Stop paying the monthly fee and it stops. You keep your customer list on the way out, because it was always yours.

Book a Visit

If you would rather talk to a person first, somebody comes to you, sets the whole thing up in about fifteen minutes, and you decide afterwards. You can also sign up and do it yourself in your own time.

  • They photograph your menu and it fills itself in
  • You check every price before anything goes live
  • You leave with QR codes printed and a website

Either one is enough. If you would rather not give a number yet, an email is fine and we will write first.

No card, no commitment. Somebody comes to you, sets it up in about fifteen minutes, and you decide afterwards.
